INJURY & REHAB
Our aim is more than just helping you stay fit, it is to challenge yourself to feed your soul. Here at Soul Fit Injury & Rehab Clinic we can help you on the road to recovery.
A new patient consultation starts with giving a detailed history on your present complaint. This is a great opportunity for the clinician to gain an insight into how the condition is affecting you and what your individual goals are for the recovery process. It also helps the clinician to begin formulating a diagnosis which will then guide their injury assessment.
A new patient injury assessment follows on from the consultation. The clinician will perform tests and examine specific movements that you may find limiting to help them formulate a diagnosis. After the assessment your clinician will explain the detailed findings to you and can discuss your treatment options going forward.
Once a detailed injury assessment has been made your clinician will be able to provide a personalised exercise rehabilitation plan based off your specific goals. Exercise rehab can be used as a sole treatment or along side manual therapy. Having a multidisciplinary team at Soul Fit means we can integrate your rehabilitation back into training sessions.
You don't need an injury to have a sports massage. If you have a niggle that keeps persisting or feel generally tight after a long day at your desk, a sports massage might be the treatment for you. Treatments can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Sports massage can be used along side an exercise rehab plan or as an individual treatment.
