Our vision and mission
At Body & Spirit we provide physical and developmental therapies that facilitate your journey to health and happiness.
Our offerings are firmly rooted in the belief that “everything is connected: mind, body & spirit”, but we recognise that the key to personal development is different for everyone – and often changes with life’s ebbs and flows!
We want to create a supportive and stress-free environment where classes, workshops and private sessions are on offer. We want to be available to advise people on the different sessions they may need at different times in their life. We want to make it easy to interchange these sessions. And we want to support practitioners and therapists in their desire to offer their gifts and help people on their path.
Offerings

Pilates
Perfect for developing body and mind, Pilates focuses on strength, mobility, alignment, and relaxation. Suitable for all levels of ability, class numbers are kept small for individual attention.

Meditation
From visualisation to fell running, meditation is any practice that allows you to clear your mind, focus your attention and increase your self awareness. Contact us to find out how meditation can best serve you.

Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR)
Ideal for reducing pain, rebalancing the body, and improving mental wellbeing. YBR uses specifically designed balls to stimulate, bones, muscles, nerves, and circulation. It is suitable for all abilities and numbers are kept small.

Yamuna Foot Fitness
How are your feet? Are they painful or tight? Do you have bunions or hard skin? Are you carrying stress or feeling ungrounded? This unique work will reconnect you to your feet – realigning, releasing, and impacting your whole being.
